Community Relations
"Without a sense of caring, there can be no sense of community." Anthony J. D'Angelo, The College Blue Book
CellForCash.com and its affiliated companies take seriously the responsibility we have to give back. Because of this sense of community, RMS Communications Group, Inc. created the RMS Foundation. Using the unseen value of used cell phone the foundation hopes to improve the lives of the less fortunate.
We have converted idle assets for hundreds of charities and non-profits throughout the country. We have generated hundreds of thousands of dollars each year for small organizations to use in their efforts. Not to mention providing emergency cell phones to thousands.

In May of 2004, with the help of CellForCash.com, RMS Communications Group, Inc. created a program that provides
an ongoing and readily available
source of 911 cell phones and funds
to meet unexpected and urgent needs
of participating law enforcement
and affiliated agencies.
Since the inception of the cell phone,
thousands of different models from
scores of manufacturers have been
produced and with each New Year
comes hundreds of new models. For
the laymen, distinguishing the
value of donated cell phones is
impossible. For the experts at
CellForCash.com, it's our business.
Generous donors are well wishers.
Their desire is that the receiving
organization gets the most value
out of their donation. Our knowledge
of the cellular phone market allows
us to determine how your cell phone
donations can be maximized; providing
911 cell phones AND funds
for participating organizations.
We gladly accept cellphone donations.

How
Does It Work?
- Participating agencies will
collect cellphones from their
communities and send all collected
cellphones, postage paid, to
the 911 Cell Phone Bank. After receipt,
the "best use" for each phone
will be determined:
- Cell phones that hold a high market
value will be converted to cash. For
every cellphone converted to cash, one working 911 cell phone, as available, will be put into 911 cell phone inventory.
- Cell phones that are best suited for
emergency use will be added to an inventory
of 911 emergency phones.
- Unusable and damaged phones will be
responsibly recycled.
- Participating Agencies will
receive the cash value of re-marketable
cell phones AND have access to
the inventory pool of 911 cell phones
to benefit victims or citizens
in need.
